How does the meal plan work?

I teach the ins-and-outs of flexible dieting and use of macros (with the use of my education, experience and training). Through flexible dieting, you will be able to fuel your body without much restriction as I aim to create a lifestyle nutrition plan for you to follow. Upon sign up, you will be sent a nutrition form where you'll be able to select all of the foods that you would like to see on your very own plan + the number of meals that you would prefer as well. From those foods selected, I will get to work building out your custom plan.

What does the workout plan consist of?

The workout plan will be 100% personalized to you, your goals, experience level, daily schedule, injuries, etc. Your entire program will be built out and held on my Ellis Fitness mobile app! Here you will be able to log your sets, reps and weight used, and you will be given a virtual calendar so you know exactly what to do each day of the week workout/ cardio wise.  
The greatest part is, you will find very detailed workout tutorial videos for each exercise that you are assigned just in case you are ever confused on how to perform that movement correctly!

How does the check-in process work?

Each week on your assigned check-in day, I will ask for you to submit current physique photos and current weight into the app. In addition to that, I will send you over a check-in form that I will need you to fill out in app as well. Once everything is completed, I will then look it all over and will get back to you regarding the check-in/ any changes we are going to make to your program moving forward.

What if I don't have a gym membership?

No gym membership?! No problem! I can build you out workouts to do from the comfort of your very home. Alternatively, I offer in-person training at my gym.
